PAUL HEALY - ORGANIC GROWER FROM
JUDBURY

"OR-90 is a major breakthrough in this country's
horticulture as it is one of the first, if not the first truly
verifiable organic mulch and fertiliser which will be available
to growers at competitive rates in commercial quantities. It
is brilliant stuff
. I've used it on a whole range of vegetables and exotic
plants and the results have been startling. Leaf vegetables love it, fruiting
plants and trees will thrive on it, and it is clean, weed free, superb as a
mulch or worked into the soil, and every organic grower can use it with
the confidence of knowing that its origins virtually guarantee it to be free
of pesticide contamination. Its source materials are bark, fish waste and
water, and this combination will supply a balanced ration of the three major
nutrients as well as a range of trace elements. Because the
materialis composted at high temperatures, you can also be confident
that it will have a range of useful bacteria and flora beneficial to the soil.

Worms love it and it is a must for worm farmers - the rate at
which they breed in this material has to be seen to be
believed. It has the capacity to promote enormous growth in
young plants and will restore health and vigour to ailing
specimens as well.

It all sounds too good to be true and for the first six months
after I used it I sat back waiting for a downside of this product
to emerge, but everything I have used it on has continued to
just grow and grow and it is superb as a mulch for stone fruit
in their first year of planting. The colour and growth and
vigour of my young peach, nectarine and cherry trees is just
wonderful, and herbs like comfrey and mint and gross feeders
such as rhubarb and celery go berserk with it.

As far as I'm concerned this product is a winner and the fact
that the company producing it is recycling and producing a
useful product out of what were previously materials with a
real pollution potential is a bonus."

DREW BURGESS - COMMERCIAL BLUEBERRY
GROWER FROM MARGATE

'We've planted 1200 blueberries or one and a half hectares using OR-90
worked into the rows prior to planting at the rate of one cubic metre
per row of eighty plants. The Department of Agriculture field officer said
we could expect losses in the first year of planting of around ten to
fifteen percent. Using OR-90 our losses have been less than one percent.
It's difficult to give an accurate assessment as we haven't planted a
control, but the growth in the first year is good. Blueberries like an acid,
light sandy loam with high organic content in the soil, and I went for OR-90
because it had a useful range of trace elements plus the organic
matter which commercial fertilisers couldn't supply.
Initially young blueberries are fertiliser sensitive, but so far there have
been no problems using OR-90. At first I was a bit tentative with it, but
now I have no worries, and next season I will be side dressing with it as a
mulch beside each row where the roots can grow out beyond the weed
mats and feed straight into it.

In our vegetable garden the OR-90 has encouraged
tremendous worm activity and out in the blueberries they
are breeding like mad in the rows, whereas just a few feet
away in the paddock you would be lucky to find one if your
turn over a sod.

Its amazing stuff with regard to worms - we have a hard pan
of hard material beneath the topsoil and the OR-90 has
produced so many worms they seem to have broken it right
up in places - now you can dig down to two fork depths. And
it keeps the weeds down of course, it feeds the soil and
boosts your fertility and you also get the organic matter as
well as the fertiliser value".

TOM MAYNE - COMMERCIAL ORCHARDIST & NURSERYMAN
FROM CAMPANIA

"OR-90 is that bloody good I don't know what to think of it.
Lettuces grown with this stuff are weeks ahead of anything
else, and the flavour and crispness of them! - well its like what
you use to get 30 years ago before all this artificial fertiliser
came onto the scene. Tomatoes grown with it - the flavour of
them is unreal. Its the same with the raspberries - we've been
picking them three weeks earlier than we have ever before
and the size! - they're like loganberries and I'm amazed with
the growth on the first year canes, really amazed. The colour
in the lettuces and the vines - I don't know how to explain it -
its just the best stuff I've ever used and I've grown vegies for
over 4o years. What I mean to say is - the old man grew
vegies and I had a garden when I was a kid at school and we
used to use all the animal manures, but this stuff is unreal.

And also you don't seem to be bothered with things like aphids and the
usual odds and sods about the place - like on roses as well as the usual
vegies - it's hard to explain just how much growth it makes - Ive got first
year cherries mulched with this stuff and they've put out two and a half
feet growth - laterals and all - and only an orchardist would understand
what that means - no other fertiliser has ever done that.

I suppose I would have to say that it is the best stuff I have
ever used, and the other growers out here who have tried it -
one old bloke said that he was picking tomatoes four weeks
earlier than he had ever done before and he was afraid they
would push the top off his greenhouse! I've never seen
anything like it - and being a mulch as well as a fertiliser -
look mate a man would start to grow if he stood in it - you
could use it to grow babies, I'm telling you!"

Suitable For All Plants
Totally Organic & Chemical Free
"Treated plants were 39% taller
and 157% heavier"
(University Test Results)

FROM ONE GARDENER TO ANOTHER: ROSS
JONES

"Seldom does the gardener find all those "ideal growing conditions" in
one place; a good deep loam; "shelter from. damaging winds; mild
aspects; few if any frosts and freedom from pests.

All of these I have except for the fertile soil. My easy-to work
sandy soil demands a constant supply of food which is
regularly removed by each crop grown and the leaching
effect of the heavy watering demanded by porous soil.

Naturally I lean heavily on a compost heap of no mean proportions
which has to be routinely augmented by whatever animal manures or
plant remains available. Seaweed and occasional fishy remains from
fishing trips too go into the compost. However, none of these
combined - fowl manure included - can match the nutrient
value of OR-90. I've never grown crops of such good colour,
size or flavour to match those mulched with O.R.-90.

This year I've been able to use OR-90 around my fruit trees. The impact
has again been significant with a very healthy spring flush of strong new
growth.

Being purely natural product, I feel totally confident about its
use in my garden. Sandy soil and OR-90 combine very nicely
to produce some of the best gardening in this area. I would
certainly commend its use."

JOAN NICHOLLS - COMMERCIAL TULIP ~
FLOWER GROWER OF KINGSTON

"This is our second season using OR-90 on our tulips.Last year we
planted our bulbs into virgin ground and only used this product as a
fertiliser. The bulbs that we dug at the end of the season were perfect -they
were so healthy.

This year we prefertilised with OR-90 and then fertilised
again after planting. Plant height was improved by six to nine
inches, which for tulips is a phenomenal growth, and the
plants were in wonderful condition. I couldn't speak more
highly of this product.

Now we are going to use it on our tissue cultured chrysanthemums and
on our long stemmed roses. In the garden we have used it on our
vegetables and shrubs such as rhododendron's, camellias and azaleas just
love it I've even used it on such fertiliser sensitive plants as hippeastrums,
and with the OR-90 they have flowered beautifully this spring".

SUE DAVIDSON - HOME GARDENER FROM
SEVEN MILE BEACH

"The results of our use of OR-90 have been
staggering. At first we used it just as a mulch and the
growth on our ornamental fruit trees and
rhododendron's, which previously had been doing
poorly' was simply stunning. We mulched all of our
trees to a depth of two inches out to the dripline, and
the results were obvious within a week. The trees just
went mad, and one bird's nest fern that we mulched is
towering above its companions.

We even tried a bit of OR-90 on our natives, at first tentatively,
and the response was so amazing that we use it on everything
now without any worries at all. Our vegetables have thrived on
OR-90 and we're feeding the whole street from our garden, and
even the azaleas love it. We dug up one poor old sick thing
and replanted it into a mix of soil and OR-9O and the
results were just staggering. It has flowered and
flowered and not gone back
and we were worried about that
at first - how long the effect would last in our poor ground, for
our garden is planted in almost pure sand, but the growth has
been dramatic and sustained for the five months that have passed
since we first used OR-90.

I recommend this product both as a mulch and a
fertiliser - the health of the plants and the high increase
in the worm population in the soil beneath this stuff are
amazing - we are pulling up lettuces with fifty or more
worms in the roots of each plant. In previous years we
have always had to use trace elements but this year we
have used OR-90 and nothing else and the results are
just stunning. I'm just so enthusiastic about this that you
don't believe it - we have used all the manures - sheep,
cow, poultry, and commercial fertilisers as well, and
OR-90 leaves them all for dead."

V. M., PERTH

"Congratulations on your superb product OR-90.
My garden loves it and has thrived since my mother
gave me some for a birthday present.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a regular supplier.

My local supermarket - SupaValu in Florence Road Stirling Hwy,
Nedlands - carried it for a while and I bought every box I could
find, then they stopped!

My mother, sister and I are desperate. Could you advise me
where I can find a local and regular supplier, or/and convince
"SupaValu' to stock it again. I will always buy whatever they can
provide.

Looking forward to hearing from you,"

Regards

KLAUS WULF (DipAgr) - ORCHID GROWER OF
KINGSTON

"Reading with great interest the OR-90 brochure I thought: fantastic, if
it works, like the brochure suggests.

Having purchased l0 bags, I set about making the first tests in my
garden (vegetables, flowers, orchids, glasshouse etc.) this was six-months
ago. After a few weeks I noticed a marked
improvement of vigorous growth, health, colour, freedom of
bugs and aphids in comparison to rows of plants of the same
kind. Especially noteworthy is the fact, that as a mulch it
controls weeds effectively and keeps the moisture in the
ground.
On my beachfront sand, which repels water, moisture
penetration was even throughout the ground.

Since then I have used over 60 bags of OR-90. I am still
making trials and tests. The conviction that all the claims in
your brochure are correct, in fact I could add a few more.

Congratulations for coming up with this idea of converting these waste
products into such a valuable plant food and soil conditioner.
I have fifty years of experience in agriculture, market gardening,
horticulture and propagation, Diploma of Agriculture 1947. I have
successfully farmed for 36 years in Tasmania and am now retired at
Kingston Beach, growing orchids and vegetables."

NICHOLAS PITT - COMMERCIAL MARKET
GARDENER FROM SNUG

"We're still in the experimental stages with it - we have to learn how
to use it. So far it looks very good and we have had definite results. To
keep the cost factor right we have to work out the most effective way
of using it.

To begin with we tried it as a straight mulch between rows of lettuces,
and there was an obvious response. We did get a definite response, its
definitely good, and its definitely got loads of potential. From our point
of view it should definitely be worked into the soil and not left on top -that's
on a commercial basis - you need to be cost effective and that
way it would work. For the home gardener, he could use it as a mulch.

Its bloody good - there's no doubt about that - we're about
to dress a patch of parsley with it - it brings on the colour.
No its good stuff, and we intend to use a lot of it next year"

R.M., MOUNT LAWLEY WA

"I telephoned you on Wednesday, 22nd July at 3.55pm
regarding OR-90 Fertiliser.

I started using your product in 1995 and I am totally amazed
at its incredible results.

In all my years of gardening (20 years) I have never come
across a fertiliser that has ever come near its performance.
I have put dozens and dozens of people onto your amazing
product.

I use 12 boxes per year and trust your product will come in
larger quantities and hopefully in bag form.

I am so extremely happy and do very much appreciate your
very kind offer to send me some complimentary boxes.

My very sincere thank you,"
Yours faithfully,
