The organic 'Miracle Mulch' O.R.-90, is a naturally balanced soil conditioner
that both feeds plants correctly and conditions the soil. It is better than
synthetic plant foods and other soil conditioners because it provides in a
totally organic and readily accessible form, the essential nutrients, minerals
and trace elements required for sustained and vigorous growth.

O.R.-90 is the end product of six months of composting of marine protein
and finely chopped bark from a certain type of 8 year old tree, mixed together
in a specific ratio. The mixing process creates a high temperature (60 - 70
degrees centigrade) environment and produces organic reactions which
immediately release the natural marine oils and wax esters.. These
economically prized by-products of the composting process are tapped as
they gravity leach from the compost heaps leaving the bacteria enriched piles
to decompose further.

On completion of these organic reactions the product contains an essential
source of organic matter as well as a complete range of Nitrogen, Phosphate,
Potash (average NPK ratio of 1.6: 1.0: 0.3) and trace elements necessary for
biological good health. Also, the resulting unique combination can buffer the
soil pH through its neutral to slightly alkaline 7 to 7.2 levels, which over time
should maintain soil values in the range suitable for most plants.

For ease of application the product is dry screened to maintain a consistent
particle size distribution. It is presented as a rich, dark coloured, earthy sweet
smelling, performance enhancing environmentally friendly fertiliser.

"Tropical rainforests really are remarkable. They have an ability to maintain
very small, but absolutely essential micro-nutrients despite being constantly
deluged with rain for thousands of years.

O.R.-90s REMARKABLE GROWTH AND ACCEPTANCE

The success of the product has been achieved through repeat business and by
extraordinary word of mouth recommendations. This has succeeded in
generating growth of approximately 200% per annum.

A growing number of organic growers, horticulturists, orchardists and
vignerons are using the product and a number of broadacre farmers and
